Who we are
With over a decade of hospitality, catering, and events experience, we’ve seen a lot!
We are so grateful for the wonderful people, places, and experiences that our work has brought us, and we began thinking
‘What if we made something that elevates amazing people, supports the causes we love, all through one of our favourite things - Food!”
And so this couple of nutters came up with Couple of Natas!
A company founded on our love for each other, Iberian flavours, and treating people well (inside and out).
Through rigorous testing, and hours and hours of pincho pinching, and dessert inspection, we decided we were ready to dive in and bring our dream to life.
We do things a little differently here:
Goodbye wet sandwiches - We don’t do sad late breaks here. We do PINCHO TIME! Pinchos are Spanish bread-based snacks that can include all kinds of toppings. Trusty tied and true menu staples, or fun new twists - Pincho time always leaves us wanting more.
Ask the experts - We know that good catering is in the eye of the beholder, and food can be a deeply personal subject. This is why we consult with dozens of industry pros, from a wide range of departments and disciplines, to find out what they love in a caterer, what they feel is missing from most, and to learn about their role, and how we can help keep them functioning at their best. This is including (but in no way limited to) ADs, Stunt coordinators, Medics, Grips, Transport, and more.
Cowboy Days - As a country-loving couple, we love sending people off into the weekend with a big smile, so we came up with “Cowboy Day”. On the last work day of the week we don our cowboy hats, get the tunes blasting, and get the meats smoking for a rootin’ tootin’ finale to get everybody excited. YeeHaw!
Taking OUT the trash - We’ve seen a lot of waste over the years. A LOT. And we think using compostable dispo just isn’t enough. We know it’s impossible to be a no-waste company, but we want to look at every avenue available to make what we do as sustainable as possible. From compostable cling film, to turning our used cooking oil into biofuel, to working with recycling companies to ensure as little as possible makes its way to landfill. We believe lots of little steps can take us far!
